• Worked as a Response Executive, for SEARCH - an industrial magazine & OVERDRIVE - a car & bike magazine, with the Special Interest Publications Division from July' 99 to Aug' 2000. The job involved generating revenue by the way of acquiring advertisements and subscriptions. The job involved handling the entire eastern region in terms of product promotion and subscriptions too. Overseeing the circulation of the magazines in the eastern region was also a part of the job, which was done by coordinating with Indian Book House (IBH), our distributor. The job involved a great deal of interaction with advertising agencies as well as corporate clients.
• Worked for the Better Photography BLACK BOOK' 2000 in terms of collection of profiles of photographers of the eastern region.
• Involved in the launch of AVMax, an audio and video magazine, in Dec' 99.
• Involved in and completed the deal for the export of all the magazines of Tata Donnelley Ltd. to Bangladesh.

Projects undertaken:
➢ "Analysis of 'Retail Store Audit' for identifying new products for launching." - was the title of the Summer Project done for the Marketing Department of Dolphin Laboratories Ltd., a pharmaceutical company, at Ahmedabad. The project involved analysis of ORG-MARG retail data together with a study of the pharmaceutical market in Ahmedabad and a subsequent feedback from doctors there to identify new products that can be launched by the Company. The duration of the project was 6 weeks.

➢ Various other in-house projects done as a part of the PGDBM course on retail chain stores, Bajaj Auto Ltd., INDAL to name a few.
