Monitoring all type of purchases like Civil, Aluminium, Glass & General Items.
Daily reporting to Vice President- Procurement with work done & work under process.
Monitoring complete activity from start to end for Import and Export purchasing.
Costing analysis of local material vs Import to provide economical material.
Material Price Monitoring Report circulating to concern department heads.
Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved. Review quotations.
Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users, vendors and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventive action.
Assist department in developing and implementing purchasing strategies for products and payments.
Liaise with accounts payable department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety.
Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Duties & Responsibilities.
•Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with the established company procedures.
•Conduct technical review of requirements from Engineering/Operations.
•Prepare RFQ (request for quotation) document and send it to Suppliers/Vendors. Evaluate the quotations received from Suppliers/Vendors to determine the best Supplier/Vendor meeting price, delivery, and quality requirements.
•Conduct negotiation with Suppliers/Vendors.
•Conduct Supplier/Vendor evaluation after a PO is complete.
•Identify opportunities to test market for pricing and product substitutions to achieve cost savings while still meeting product specifications.
•Ensure that all goods sourced and delivered from contracted suppliers meet specifications and fixed contracted pricing.
•Identify changes in costs of goods and services, and provide monthly reports to Procurement Manager on product volumes, price fluctuations and supply chain issues.
•Ensure that all product specification sheets are maintained accurately.
•Acquired detailed knowledge in ERP system.

•Monitoring and Controlling of Irrigation System using Wireless Sensor Network.
This projects enables users to control and monitor the water control for the irrigation field. This is performed by detecting the soil water level and the quantity of the water that would be provided to the field at each stage of irrigation. The controlling and monitoring of each field is performed by the slave-kits fixed in each field and this will communicate to the master-kits which gives instruction to the slave kits.
