Key Job Responsibilities are-
•Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project.
•Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
•Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
•Ensure resource availability and allocation
•Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
•Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
•Preparation of Schedule of Quantity Plan and rates of Material for Rural/Urban Electrification works (DDUGJY/IPDS Scheme).
•Electrical erection works of Distribution Networks in Rural/Urban Area under DDUGJY scheme.
•Construction, Inspection and supervision of 33 kV Line, 11 kV Line & LT Line.
•Stringing of Rabbit, Weasel, Coyote, Panther etc. conductor, LT & HT ABC.
•Pre-dispatch Inspection of Major material used in Rural/Urban works at Manufacturer premises.
•Preparing & Checking of Bill of Quantity as per site requirement, Single line diagram & service connections as per Technical Specification.
•Preparation of Standard Bidding Document (SBD) for IPDS/DDUGJY
•Monitoring of Solar Power Projects under IPDS/DDUGJY schemes.
•Monitoring and Co-ordination with REC Quality Monitors (RQMs) regarding field Inspection and Material Inspection.
•Co-ordinate and assist the State Electricity Board working under RE Project for quality inspection of various materials and Rectification of deficiencies in the executed work.
•Involved in Quality Assurance, Project Management, and MIS as well as Monitoring of projects.
•Involved in Floating Tenders, Bid Evaluation and preparing reports as per SBD to finalize the shortlisted agencies for Quality Monitoring of DDUGJY works.
•Preparation of Schedule of Quantity and rates of Material for Rural Electrification works including 33/11 KV Sub-station (DDUGJY/IPDS Scheme). Preparation of BOQ/BOM as per the site conditions and received estimates. Match the cost of BOQ/BOM with the allocated cost of the project.
•Installation of new and replacement of old Electro-mechanical energy meters. Providing new electric connections to below poverty line consumers domestic, commercial, industrial and agricultural. Preparing new schemes for system improvement etc. Helping the discom to curb the AT&C loss by adopting various new technologies such as AMR & AMI. Helps in increasing the billing and collection efficiency. Third party and pre dispatch inspection of major materials such as meters, lightening arrestor (composite & polymeric), transformers, cable and pole accessories etc.
•Expertise in HT Inspection & Survey, Spot Billing Project, Consumer Indexing, new energy Meter Installation, replacement of faulty/Burnt/Tampered energy meters, Meter Reading through AMI & AMR data downloading through CMRI & DMRI, analysis of HT/LT Static Meter (Tri Vector Meter) for any fault or detection any kind of tampering.
•Experienced in Database Preparation, AMRs Reports Preparation, Preparation of Exception Report on One Time Survey of HT/LT CT Consumers, Preparation of Report on Monthly Meter Reading of HT/LT Consumers.
•Worked in various roles and capacities for improving operational billing efficiency and to reduce the AT & C Losses by leading enforcement/vigilance teams in highly theft prone areas
•Leading teams for Installation and Testing of single phase, Poly phase, CT meters and HT Energy meters.
•Knowledge of GIS & GPS based electrical system. Consumer indexing in GIS (Geographical Information System).
•Preparing and punching schemes in SAP for shifting of 33/11/LT lines, RMU’s, Distribution transformers etc.
•Preparing schemes for street light connection.
•Augmentation and Electrification of rural and urban areas.

• Technical and Commercial feasibility for new Electric connection, final execution of single & three phase electronic meters and testing of electronic meter by accucheck

• Power system, Substation, Circuit designing, commissioning, execution of works for Substations, HV/LV lines, Cables, Transformers, Panels & Bus bars.
• Carrying out following Maintenance activities: 1) Measuring IR, BDV and Earth Resistance of DT’s
• Following Safety Standards during Maintenance, Conduit Piping of Bare conductor overhead lines, Trimming of trees, Replacing old service & underground cables with joints/ bus bars/ burnt HRC FP/SP Bases etc. 8) Load on LT feeders of Distribution Transformers.
