Job Responsibilities:

•Preparing OTB based on annual business plan for new season launch.
•Projecting sales for coming months and maintaining base stock store.
•Preparing range plan, merchandise mix and option plan for season launch.
•Allocating merchandise to store and following up with planning team for maintaining optimum stock level and availability.
•Reports analysis for target V/S achievement/Growth analysis of week-month-year/Brand contribution/Retail Parameter -SPF/ATV/Sell thru.
•Marking down for implementing offers during EOSS/promotional activities.
•Implementing planogram as per storyline/ collection during new store opening/new season launches.
•Follow ups with vendors for sample development and final delivery of orders.
•Study of competitor by visiting their stores for price point analysis, merchandise mix and option count

Buying & Planning- Women’s Ethnic Wear


Job Responsibilities:

•Planning merchandise mix and placing stock requirements to brand partners.
•Releasing PO, following up with brands for deliveries, then with supply chain team for GRN and stock dispatches to stores.
•Identifying dead stock and suggesting liquidation plan to brands or returning back to then by doing RTV.
•Following up with commercial team for vendor /brand payments, C forms, road permit, accounts reconciliation, full and final settlements
