• Erection, installation & commissioning of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) unit including Water treatment plant, RO & DM units & Multi-Effect Evaporators (Green Field Project)
• Stabilization of complete ZLD system as per Production process to get desired outputs & achieve compliance
• Inspection & completion of Project Documentation (IQ, OQ, etc.)
• Operation & Maintenance of co-generation unit, Transformers, Boiler, Air Compressor & Nitrogen plant, Chillers, Pump/motors
• Shop floor maintenance in Refinery, Packaging machines & ETP sections
• Implementation of reliability tools like PM & PdM program, Asset health monitoring
• Successful completion of projects like Fortification unit, new co-generation plant (Diesel Generators), Cooling tower installation
• Implemented Preventive & Predictive maintenance practices across all areas of plant for Electrical equipment, Panels, Sub-stations
