Create, modify & update the employees job description aligned with RG standards.
Coordinate with RG HR department to accomplish and after implementation maintain the company (job evaluation, Compensation stretcher) exercise.
Update organization structure as and when required.
Implement HR processes and systems as per the Group policies formulated and / or amended by the Management periodically.
Implement Performance management system as per corporate guidelines.
Design and implement the company recruitment plan.
Build, manage and maintain a portfolio of candidates and recruitment agencies.
Arrange and coordinates interviews and recruitment tests for applicants.
Select & Liaise with external recruitment consultancies engaged to deliver recruitment and selection activities on behalf of RAPM.
Preparing and negotiating the candidates offer letters.
Coordinate with Public Relations for arranging Visa’s
Coordinate with corporate HR & IT for arranging joining formalities of new staff.
Maintain confidentiality of information acquired in the course of undertaking duties.
Coordinate with line managers for Termination and Resignation process.
Control the employee exit formalities (Exit interview, Clearance Process, Medical & Life insurance cancelation).
Calculate the final settlement and coordinate with RG HR for approvals.
Liaise with public relation to arrange visa and residency renewal & cancellations for staff.
Coordinate and follow-up with the Project/Line Manager for the staff’s evaluation after probationary period.
Coordinate with the insurance companies & RG HR to renew, Add, or cancel the medical insurance cards.
Coordinate with RG HR to renew, Add or cancel the staff life insurance.
Review and approve (Medical insurance, Life Insurance, PR services) invoices and coordinate with finance department to release the payments.
Regularly updates HR Data Base and the employee personal files.
Control the company staff attendance and issue the required reports by the RG HR .
Review and approve the monthly Payroll, and uploading the RDC payroll in WPS system.
Control & upload the Pension Fund monthly installments.
Administer & control employees leaves (Record, eligibility .. etc)
Managing the company HR letters and coordinate with RG HR for approvals.
Prepare the HR Monthly and annual report ( Leaves, Manpower cost to company … etc)
Increase the employee awareness for the (P&P, New rules ...etc).
Control the company cars record (Usage, Renewal .. etc)
Monitor and controlling the staff business traveling.
Manage issues relevant to Operations and discipline as well as Grievance settlement within the framework of Group/Company policies.
Area of Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment, Selection and Legal Activities
* Design and implement the company recruitment plan.
* Prepare recruitment advertisements and short lists candidates.
* Build, manages and maintain a portfolio of clients and recruitment agencies.
* Arrange and coordinates interviews and tests for applicants.
* Liaise with external recruitment consultancies engaged to deliver recruitment and
selection activities on behalf of NSCC.
* Preparing and negotiating the candidates offer letters.
* Work with different recruitment agencies to provide temporary staffing resource to
meet the needs of the company.
* Coordinate with Public Relations department for arranging Visa’s and joining
formalities of new staff.
* Maintain confidentiality of information acquired in the course of undertaking duties.
* Solving daily employee related problems.
* Prepare and arrange visa and residency cancellations for staff.
* Coordinate with the Project/Line Manager for the staff’s evaluation after probationary
period.
* Regularly updates HR Data Base.
* Undertakes any duties given to me and appropriate to the grading of the post as
required.
* Continuously review current practices, policies and procedures and develop
improvement for HR Department.
2. Policy & Procedure
* Coordinate with other departments and employees to implement the company P&P.
* Updating and modifying the P&P to match the new company requirements.
* Activate the Relocation P&P in other regional.
* Assist the HC Director and the Line managers in developing job description.
* Update organization structure as and when required.
3. Administration
Planned, controlled and lead the company’s public relations Plan.
* Supervised the companies PRO Activities.
* Planned and implemented the company’s promotion activities.
* Act as a central point of contact for Public Relations Issues.
* Negotiated and handled Insurance System for the company to ensure that the policy is
duly matching and covering the requirements of the company.
* Coordinated with Immigration, Embassies & Ministry of Labour for documentations and
Recruitment procedures and policies.
