- Analyze customer's firefighting system design, and obtain required pump hydraulic calculation.
- Check stock through SAP for availability of pumps and main material for each project.
- Contact UL/FM and non-UL pump suppliers to get the needed products for each project with budgetary price.
- Communicate with customer to finalize and provide the technical & commercial offer as per the NFPA standards and required specification.
- Follow-up with production team to expedite material readiness.
- Assist clients for maintenance of pumps and control panels.
- Exploring MR’s from Engineering department/consultant and review technical along quality requirements as per NGPPD project specifications.
- Floating RFQ’s to Saudi Aramco regulated vendors with all corresponding item descriptions and SA standards.
- Negotiating and finalizing the contract within the set budget, ensuring all project requirements are met by vendor.
- Expediting with manufacturers through visits to monitor the progress to get the pressure vessels and piping material within project timelines.
- Conducting site visits GOSPs to confirm project execution as designed and planned.
- Monitoring all mechanical and piping works at site, and reaching SA PMT/Consultant’s engineer to solve design issues during shutdown.
- Acquiring specifications from ERP system to generate shop drawings on AutoCAD according to SDI standards.
- Contacting with sales department to finalize shop drawings as per client desired specifications.
Learned about the equipment used and operation performed by the Wireline and Perforating Services department, in addition to two field visits.
