Job Description:

• Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to the assigned projects, including directing the design & technical teams, reviewing drafts and computer models and approving design changes.
• Communicate directly with client, manager, design teams, sub consultants, contractors and organize projects from initial conceptual design through the project contracted scope.
• Lead BIM and Revit teams and ensure projects deliverables without clashes.
• Attend coordination calls with consultants, MEP, Architect, SPA, Landscape, AV-IT & kitchen to minimize clashes and improve coordinated drawings and packages.

• Resolve architectural design problems to serve the Client and meet site situation and advise the Senior management of any issues that will have an impact on the project timeline or budget.
• Attend client meetings and arrange design meetings as required.
• Undertaking management tasks as required.
• Assessing project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Preparing, reviewing and leading the development of the design packages into detailed technical documentation.
• Value engineering exercise where required to ensure projects are on budget target.

o Responsible for the interior design of the all the rooms (standard, junior suite, king & governor suite).
o Responsible for the layouts and circulations of the hotel facilities and restaurants.
o Provided back of house layout designs and material selections.
o Responsible of the interior design for the hotel main entrance along with the material selection and marble quality/design.
o Coordination with client representative and Kempinski vice president operator.
o Validation of the design with the ministry of tourism rules and regulations for hotels.
o Validation of the design with Kempinski guidelines & standards book.
o Arrange along with the team all the FF & E specifications and send for review.
o Attend site visit meetings and follow up on Mockup sample for 1 standard room.
o Attend office meetings and follow up with the team to make sure all minutes of meetings are being targeted on time and correctly.
o Arrange all the electrical circuits of the ID scope in all the bedroom and corridor areas.
o Follow up with the 3D team and support them with needed drawings and material selections for presentations.
o Reviewing all the detail drawings (plans & elevations) before being issued to site.

o Responsible for the ID work of all the bedrooms and suites along with the corridor and VIP areas.
o Responsible for the lighting and electrical layouts of the previous mentioned areas.
o Arrange along with the team all the FF & E specifications and send for review.
o Attend meeting with the operator to discuss the plans and revise according to the client request.
o Follow up with the 3D team to make sure the design is following the standards and requirements.
o Reviewing all the detail drawings (plans & elevations) before being issued to site.
