My key responsibilities include:
• Preparing of financial statements and financial
forecasts, financial Modeling, financial policies,
financial closing.
• Analysis of revenue on monthly, quarterly and
on annual basis, Budgeting and forecasting and
variances.

• Working on A/R, A/P and both aging analysis,
administration, HR, and planned future initiatives
• Provide inputs on the preparation of budgets, inputs

allocation
• Preparation of monthly IFRS reporting pack for
group, preparation of half-year and annual
consolidated FS.
• Review and approval of the legal agreements with
suppliers and customers, Monthly LC’s with banks
for imports.
• Analyzing monthly inventories, monitoring and
evaluating debtors, highlighting the overdue
accounts for longer
• Implementation of SOPs, diversification and signed
contract with international organization (Ibvogot
Germany)

• Recommending / evaluating price structures and
discount schemes for current and potential
markets.
• Evaluating business plans & budgets with group
finance manager and Managing director.
• Getting the monthly sales & operational review
done with group finance manager.
• Monitoring the inventory on hand, highlighting
the near expiry stock, calculating recommending.

the tentative order to suppliers.
