Managing the CEO office, its staff, daily activities and workload.
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
• Participating in providing and producing AIG’s short- and long-term planning reports, which outline where a company stands, what it wants to achieve, and how it expects to meet its goals.
• Following up and acting as liaison and point of contact with government bodies, ministries and authorities related to the work of AIG.

• Work as a liaison point with all divisions, departments and stakeholders related to AIG to insure quality and punctuality of procedures.
• Providing support and advice to the communication and PR activities and participating in resolving Media Challenges in whatever related to the public opinion and the image of the AIG.
• Supervise the incoming day work documents for the CEO and conduct all the writing work which should be issued by him.
• Accompanying the CEO in his visits (internal and External) and preparing for such visits.
• Following up the recommendations of the CEO’S meetings.
• Prepare for the Board of Directors meeting and all the meetings related to committees reporting to the board from A to Z.
• Request reports from concerned divisions & consolidate them into one presentation, report (as requested by CEO) to be finally approved from the CEO.
• Report difficulties, weakness points, improvement areas to the CEO for his action
• Make, review necessary press arrangements at the time of conferences and meeting.
