Plan, develop, implement, and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance in consultation with CEO.

Monitors fund balances of special projects and related financial activity for the purpose of ensuring that expenses are within budget limits and/or fiscal practices are followed.  Improve the planning and budgeting process on a continual basis by communicating and educating all the Project Managers on regular basis.  Work closely with CFO to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships and develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, which includes setting a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.  Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff with some great stories offering internal growth to the team members.
 Maintain adequate staffing for each project, enhancing productivity of personnel and achieving objectives within budget.
 Ensures that Facilities Management services provided are consistent with the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
 Approves all material requisitions/PO’s /subcontractors within authority limits to ensure proper items requested and within budgets.
 Coordinates and meets with all other Divisions in the company to resolve any type of problems affects to the operation.
