-Managing, tracking, Follow up, Leading Guidance, Negotiations, meeting attended and decision maker for the Engineering Department that included (Tenders Studying, Technical& Commercial Proposals, Subcontractors issues, Time schedules, Designing plans, shop drawings )
-Studying, preparing, submitting and negotiations of technical and commercial proposals during tenders’ stages.
-Managing, Preparing, Reviewing and negotiations of sub-contractors Issues
-Providing Technical Supports and recommendations to projects Teams and/or principles

-Manage the executions of projects from commencement date up to final handing over
-Direct Manage, Plan, develop and implement strategy for Construction activities with all supported sections (administrations’, financials, workshops, warehouses, logistic)
