Working as TEAM LEAD PRODUCTION
(AQUAFINA WATER)
• Responsible for general supervision of all phases of plant operations including: production, quality control, maintenance, human and material resources management.
• Achieving and utilizing Plant efficiencies up to 75-80 % of the Plant Rated capacity and appreciation from the upper management on different occasions.
• Reduce and maintain the wastages of Raw materials (PET bottles, closures, shrink wrap film, cans, and glass bottles) below 0.5%.
• Responsible to advance production team to increase productivity and profitability within the manufacturing operation.
• Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.
• Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency and areas of improvement.
• Review established production schedules for all manufacturing plants to assure highest efficiency possible.
• Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality
• Maintain the concentrate yield up to 99.6%
• Working with ICE professionals for the improvements of the water quality from Reverse Osmosis unit.
• Working with PCI delegates for the improvement of Product quality
ACHIEVMENTS
• Got (945) scores in AIBI audit conducted by third party auditors in 2014.
• Successfully Switched from imported neck sleave to local neck sleave reducing the downtimes on plant and increasing the productivity
• Drastic reduction in market complaints by providing consistent product quality
• Successfully improved the water quality from reverse osmosis unit
• Successfully run both the PET line (KHS 12000 BPH) and BULK (5G) line (R-BARDI 500BPH) from 10m3 filler tank at a time
• Working as a Shift Manager (DCP PLANT) and looking after all plant including all maintenance of plant, management.
• Manage REVERSE OSMOSIS, HEAT EXCHANGER, EVAPORATION
• Co-coordinating between mechanical and electrical department.
• To ensure that all instructions concerning production schedules are carried out on time.
• Keeping the entire Ossein Plant safe, clean and hygienic.

1. Prepare technical proposals of Mineral water plant, Reverse osmosis, sand filter, carbon filter, waste water treatment plants.
2. Worked on erection and commissioning of the project of Mineral water plant At HADAYAT FOODS STUFF (Pvt) LTD (SUFI MINERAL WATER) till production start.
