PAM is the World leading manufacturer and exporter of complete Ductile Iron pipeline systems for hydraulic networks, (Pipes, Valves, Fittings, …etc. ) with it’s regional office in Amman serving neighboring countries Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan & Palestine.
Duties :
- Created Technical Hub to support clients, & consultants with the Headquarter in France.
- Responsible for providing all related technical documentation (technical proposal, certificate, technical supplement, calculations…etc)
- Prepare analytical scheme in project tendering stage. And Initiate all necessary interaction between commercial, technical departments and production.
- Serve projects at upstream level with consultants and downstream services to contractors.
- Provide technical support at different stages of the project, Solve contractor troubles, & Handle claims.
- Present & being involved in marketing products at introductory stages and Conduct all necessary trainings for staff of client, contractor & agent.
- Evolved in correspondence and interaction with end client when necessary and supporting contractors and agents during different project implementation stages & getting necessary approvals.
- Contribute in the design, and create solution for clients in coordination with factories feasibilities, & Provide cost cutting alternatives.
