Finalization of financial statements as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and IAS and as per local laws (SECP) and assist audit team during audit process as per ISAs. ▪ Supervise and filing of monthly sales tax returns and withholding tax statements. ▪ Preparation of projections for calculation of sales tax and income tax liabilities. ▪ Presentation of replies to various Legal/Tax notices issued by the tax authorities under Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, Sales Tax Act, 1990 and Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2010. ▪ Making replies of notices against quarterly advance tax (Sec-147). ▪ Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management and tax accounts. ▪ Performing internal audit activities i.e. checking vouchers and other documents. ▪ Preparation of projection for new projects and expansion of existing projects. ▪ Correspondence with banks for financing arrangements. ▪ Implementation of SAP (Business One).
