• Supervise cost estimation team during projects bidding stage.
• Direct, manage, execute, complete and handover multiple construction MEP projects related to residential, commercial, healthcare buildings and Infrastructure.
• Monitor project schedule and budget, and oversee performance to ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety.

Key Accomplishments:
• Managed and oversaw construction activities by successfully leading cross-functional teams towards final handing-over of the following projects:
- Al-Kindi Hospital - Amman, Jordan: A 34, 000 m2 Health Center / $15M EPC Contract.
- Abdali Mall - Amman, Jordan: A 230, 000 m2 Shopping Center / $60M EPC Contract.
• Applied best engineering practices towards successful startup, test, commission and put into operation all MEP systems in the projects and achieving the desired performance results up to clients’ satisfaction.
• Implemented Revit and BIM 3D modeling technologies to increase coordination level and efficiency.
• Improved project team effectiveness by innovating flexible managerial tools along with smart delegation to optimize team’s success and achieve foreseen results.
• Established track record of turning around loss of profit construction projects, strongly negotiating change orders, and continuously exceeding expectations through applying cash flow charts, job specific schedules, performance spreadsheets, comprehensive budget analysis for all project phases, and utilizing risk mitigation strategy.

Contributed to development of company Business Plan and Model in addition to performing Market study, developing company policies and standards such as; Pricing and costing criteria, Standard Operating Procedures, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Method Statements, Operational action plan, Project Management procedures, introducing and implementing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Versatile Senior Mechanical Engineer during the project phases. Worked in capacity of Technical Office Engineer, Project Coordinator, Engineering Manager and Procurement Manager.
• Managed the flow of documents, liaised with internal and external project teams, and enhanced the level of coordination between all parties.
• Attended technical and coordination meetings with the main contractor and the consultant to discuss and resolve outstanding issues between all contractors.
• Supervised the CAD department in producing Shop Drawings.
• Direct Contact with vendors for Quotation Requests, evaluating vendor’s proposals, organizing price comparison sheets, preparing vendors’ & sub-contractors’ Agreements, follow-up on Material Orders.
Key Accomplishments:
• Participated in all construction and technical aspects in Abdali Boulevard Project - Amman, Jordan: A mixed-use residential & commercial complex of 12 buildings / $65M EPC Contract.
• Sub-contractors Coordinator: Supervise all Subcontractors activities in accordance with work schedule.
• Coordinate between Construction team and Fabrication shop in terms of piping fabrication and welding.
• Participate in resolving technical issues and produce Work Shop drawings.
• Prepare Rigging Studies and permits.
Key Accomplishments:
Participated in the construction and technical aspects of Olefins II Kuwait (OLK2) Project, which is an integrated petrochemicals complex located in Ahmadi, Kuwait
Scope of work: EPC Contract with a total contract value of 500 Million USD.
• Supervise and follow-up site activities for several concurrent residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare Work Shop & As-Built Drawings, RFQ’s, Materials requisitions and Quantity Surveying.
• Sales representative for HVAC & Plumbing Systems.
• Supervise and follow-up the installation of HVAC & Plumbing systems for various projects.
