• Developed and maintained a qualified vendor database for the Kazakhstan market, onboarding new suppliers through rigorous evaluation of technical capability, financial stability, and compliance with TCO and CCC standards.
• Issued RFQs, conducted detailed bid tabulations, and led commercial negotiations with local and international suppliers — consistently delivering competitive pricing while maintaining project schedule integrity.
• Managed the full purchase order lifecycle on SAP R3 — from PO creation and approval workflow through amendments, expediting, GRN confirmation, and invoice verification.
• Conducted regular market trend analysis and cost-benefit assessments, identifying purchasing risks in volatile markets and recommending proactive sourcing strategies to project management.
