- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Verifying and posting all the financial entries to ensure that they are fully supported and in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures “LC’s, LG’s, Loans, receivable payable, expenses ”
- Maintaining the Masters in ERP, creating / providing approval to create new Accounts as per the defined chart of accounts.
- Preparation and management of the daily fund statement including forecasted liabilities.
- Analysis of GL and Trial Balance and generate MIS reports.
- Review of Reconciliation for all bank accounts, loans accounts, general facility accounts, current accounts and projects bank accounts.
- Provide key financial inputs in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
- Controlling the accounting periods in the ERP system for all modules to help accountants for correcting or entering any old financial entries as allowed.
- Member of stores committee for physical verification.
- Coordinate with business teams in preparation of budgets, forecasts and other Management reports.
- Responsible for liquid fund management.
- Project costing, accounting and reporting techniques (construction projects).

Bank Reconciliation for (loans accounts, general facility accounts, current accounts and projects bank accounts) and brought up to date the all the pending bank reconciliations.
- Preparation and management of daily fund statement including liabilities forecast.
- Member of fixed assets re-evaluation team.

Main activities and Responsibilities
-Participate in preparation of the Balance sheet and Income statement.
-Project accounting to provides full information for each project.
-Member of stocktaking committee.
-Participate in Preparation of payroll.
-making quotations and pricing for the new projects.
-Entering financial entries
