As a Fleet Coordinator, Role is integral to the efficient management of a fleet of vehicles. Responsibilities will include:
Communication: Facilitate communication between drivers, management, and all other stakeholders.
Dispatch: Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules and dispatches to meet operational needs.
Maintenance Tracking: Monitor and schedule regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, fuel usage, and maintenance history.
Driver Support: Provide assistance and support to drivers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Route Planning: Assist in optimizing delivery routes to minimize fuel consumption and enhance efficiency.
Data Analysis: Analyze fleet data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Environmental Responsibility: Promote eco-friendly practices to reduce the fleet's environmental impact.
Vendor Interaction: Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to secure cost-effective solutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of fleet-related activities and documentation.
