•Monitoring and controlling Attendance policies and Code of conduct to maintain decorum

•Carrying out induction /orientation program to the new recruits.
•Resolve employee queries on time and ensure their compliance with the applicable policies and procedures.
•Monitor Exit interview process & focus on retention of employee.
•Coordinate with IT to ensure maximum utilization of the ERP.

•Focused on safety and security of Employees with the help of proper Training of team to
Manage Safety and disaster management.
•Arrangement of Office assets, Office supplies, Building facilities, Accommodation facilities with proper record keeping.
•Safety and disaster control by proper signage, boards, labeling exit, entry, emergency, Fire.
•Interfacing with management and heads of department for implementing HR policies and procedures in line with core organisational objectives.
•Surprise visit on Sites; to check the progress, safety & security and requirements if any.
•Development and maintaining MIS reports and other operation reports which involves processing daily attendance, updating leave record, permission slips, etc .
•Ensuring adherence to the statutory compliances with respect to factories.
•Facilitating purchasing process, Fixed Asset record, bill scrutiny, and Implementation of
Office administration policy.
•Setting up new premises as per company requirements
•Follow the procedure of the opening of new branch, closing of the existing branch,
Agreement with Landlords, Branch Interior, material shifting
Responsible for the Human Resources management of 320 employees M.P - India.
•Responsible to manage the end to end HR processes for Madhya Pradesh, by leading a team of 03 HR Specialist (1 MIS HR & 2Recruiters)
•Responsible to maintain 80% of operative manpower for Direct Sales and 100% of on roll manpower for support staff. Recruitment Sources utilized for recruitment - Campus Recruitment, Job Fairs, Advertisement, Call Letters, Employment Exchange, Consultancy, Job Portals, Internal recruitment scheme, Malls.
•Responsible for the entire end to end Recruitment Cycle.
•Responsible for Induction programmes, Graduation ceremonies and conducting the supervisory programs on promotions, in co-ordination with the Line Managers and Divisional Heads.
•Responsible for the successful implementation of Leadership Development Programme - GCSS Certification Programme, basis the training needs analysis.
•Drawing a succession plan in co-ordination with the Line mangers and Divisional Heads and drawing and executing the rigorous developmental plan for the potential candidates.
•Responsible to run the various certification and learning programmes for the potential candidates as part of their career development plan basis training need identification.
•Responsible for the administration and implementation of periodic performance reviews - PRDP (Performance Review and Development Programme), PIP - Performance Improvement Plans and half yearly & Annual appraisals for all levels as per the corporate policy.
•Responsible for the Grievance handling and updating management to initiate necessary steps.
•Maintain MIS, ensuring timely availability of all relevant and updated HR information including policies, processes and guidelines for the employees finally, inferring information from the data and initiate the necessary steps for the organizational development.
•Responsible for the employee engagement Activities.
•Rewards and recognition, Corporate social responsibility
•Co-ordinate & Conduct the domestic enquiry, issuing the termination letter etc.
•Attend & resolve the legal notices, Inspection reports under various Labour Acts for the SBU.
•Attend the labor courts as well as co-ordination with legal consultants
