Conducting inspection frequently through checklist. Ensuring about using of PPE, s while workforce during the work specially while working at height, confined space etc.

Weekly / Monthly Meeting With GM & PM Manager on Current & upcoming Safety Plans.
•Weekly / Monthly Meeting With Client & Consultant Managers on Site Issue.
•Risk Assessment before Staring Work.
•Inspection of scaffolding asper standard.
•Implementation of health and safety plan.
•Conducting Safety Orientation to all new comers.
•Maintaining good House Keeping all over the Site.
•To Carry out Toolbox Talk at entire site on daily basis.
•Watch carefully all hazards & give various ideas in safety meeting.
•Inspection of Safety sign boards and warning tape to avoid accident.
•Training & Safety talk with workers in their local languages on daily basis.
•Controlling and maintaining Safety Departments, Materials & Equipment’s.
•Executing and supervising all safety standards and works practices at the Site.
•Analyze Safety data on daily, weekly & Monthly basis to meet the safety Target of the company.
•Complying Safety Inspection of portable power tools, other machinery checklist & checking all the firefighting equipment on weekly basis.
•Supervising and controlling waste disposal management and environmental pollution.
