To conduct HSE Audits of Facilities (Fuel Storage plants, Lube Manufacturing Terminals, Aviation & Marine, LPG plants and Company Offices).
To conduct HSE Audits of Fuel Stations and Oil storage terminals.
To conduct HSE Trainings of Company stakeholders.
To conduct pre-qualification of contractors with respect to HSE.
To conduct gap analysis of fire fighting systems at facilities.
Responsibilities include managing Operation & Maintenance of Electric Sub-station, HVAC Plant, Diesel Generators (100 KVA, 500 KVA & 2000 KVA), Elevators, Avaya PABX System, Honeywell Fire Alarm System, Engine Driven Fire Pumps and allied building maintenance works.
Solely responsible for preparation of revenue & capital budget, commencing of purchase requisitions on SAP for tender regarding maintenance contracts & consumables, Project planning & management.
Engaged in coordination with service providers in planning, scheduling and execution of preventive and periodic maintenance.
Key job duties included timely and uninterrupted maintenance & operation of critical equipment.
Frequent meetings with the vendors regarding project updates & internal customers for rectification of technical issues.
Responsible for keeping a close coordination with KESC (Utility/Electricity Supply Company) for uninterrupted power supply to PSO Head Office.
Installation & Programming of automatic home systems using Lutron & Crestron USA.
Bachelor of Technology (Hons) 4 years
Diploma of Associate Engineer (3 years)
