WATER- GAS SHIFT CONVERSION.
•High and low temperature shift Converters (Fe & Cu base catalyst) converting CO to Co2.
CO2 REMOVAL SECTION:
•Catalyzed carbonate Solution of K2CO3 with DEA (Lean, Semi-lean & Rich) is use to
•absorb CO2 in a packed columns equipped with Paul ring beds, semi lean flash vessel, rich solution flash vessel and reboilers.
METHANATION.
•Gas methanation with Ni based catalyst.
SYNTHESIS SECTION:
•S-300 Ammonia Convertor (Radial flow) with Iron catalyst produces 17% Ammonia in one pass, Ammonia Plant capacity 1670 MTPD.
•Start up heater for ammonia convertor (natural draft furnace).
•Molecular sieves (with Zeolite) to remove Cox and Water.
•Refrigeration Loop having high pressure (45 psig) and Low pressure (-02psig) Chillers.
•A spherical ammonia storage tank with Capacity 1500 Met.
•Hydrogen recovery unit Installed for recover H2 from HP purge gases, Increases ammonia production up to 38 MTPD and operation principle is selective permission through a permeable “Polysulphonic Membrane”.
Two stage centrifugal compressor with 9700 HP condensing turbine driven. Ammonia vapors compressor has contact shaft oil seals arrangement. Compressor has CCC Anti Surge Control System.
UTILITIES SECTION:
COOLING TOWER:
•Two cooling towers, having six and five cell, counter and cross flow wooden and concreted tower. Steam turbine and motor driven heavy duty cooling water pumps.

For treatment of ammonical, urea and polluted water to control and full fill environmental pollution, having capacity to treat about 150 GPM.
50 and 60 Hz switch gear rooms to control the power distribution with auto tie inn system with each other. One EDG having producing capacity about one mega watt with 60Hz 480 volts.
•One year Training as a “Process Plant Operator” in “Pak American Fertilizer” (1998 to 1999). •Two year Apprenticeship Training as a “Process Plant Operator” in “ENGRO Fertilizer Ltd •Daharki” at ammonia plant (in 1999 to 2001).
