• Managing day to day operations like assigning tasks to staff
• Handling daily issues from workshops and branches and their requirements
• Responsible for handling claims like damage, missing or excess received parts Either from branches or from the supplier or from workshops.
• Continuous following the emails and responding with on-time solving the issues of cobranches or dealers, etc.
• Conducting weekly meetings with warehouse staff and manager related issues and ontime action
• Managing VOR orders and distribution on the same time to clear the service-related issue.
• Follows the KPI to achieve the targets' goal set by the company.
• Responsible for stock adjustment after confirming by zone team leader to ensure the correct quantity and part available in stock.
