Rebuild the team members for BA and QA departments.
Define the processes for each department and clarify the intersection with the other teams.
BA Department:
Create a template for business documents, such as SOW, BRS and Gap Analysis document.
Create a Training Plan.
QC Department:
Web application testing with different types of testing: Functional, Regression, Integration, Compatibility, GUI, Smoke, and Performance using manual and automation testing tools.
Software Quality Assurance for more than 10 years in the IT field with development background. I am working hardly to apply best practices in software testing (Manual & Automation) either using Agile Methodology or Customized Methodology and I interested in managing and monitoring the software development life cycle to improve the quality of delivery within the specified time, also I am certified in software testing (ISTQB - CTFL).
I have the ability to establish a new department for testing, starting from putting processes and procedures, hiring qualified resources and training them, and selecting a proper templates and tools to be used in testing by managing requirements, test plan, test cases, and tracing the bugs, also establishing the relationship between business, development, testing and CRM.
Specialties: Web application testing with different types of testing: Functional, Regression, Integration, Compatibility, GUI, Smoke, and Performance using manual and automation testing tools.
Products: Workflow Systems, ISO Management System, Content Management System, E-Governance, and Telecommunication Systems.
Responsibilities:
1- Creating test plans driven from master plan for projects.
2- Manage creating (Manual or Automation) test cases driven from functional specifications.
3- Follow testing standards to trace and report bugs.
4- Development of testing goals and strategies within STLC.
5- Validate accuracy and integrity of results, and implement successfully tested software.
6- Responsibilities include developing, implementing and executing automated and manual test cases for extensions to existing and newly developed applications.
7- Also includes identifying and tracking bugs and working with developers to ensure bugs are fixed, as well as being responsible for automation of features; working closely with programmers to reproduce and isolate problems.
8- Participates in design phase with developers and reviewing BRS, SRS with business analysts.
I am responsible for reviewing and developing test cases, performing testing and validating testing completed by team members, developing, and assisting in administering the processes and people that are required to continually deliver high quality end user, system, and internally used software applications to our clients, prospects, management team and employees.

I worked in Unihouse Center as a Trainer of ICDL Course ( Part Time).
I programmed several projects after analysing these projects and creating its Databases.
I programmed "Inventory System", "Accounting System" and "Registration System" with my team.
B.Sc. in computer science from Zarka Private University, which has granted the first level in Computer Science Specialization among all Jordanian universities from British Quality Assurance Agency (QAA). (I completed university studying in 3 years and half, appreciatively v.good).
