•Track Requests for Information (RFI), shop drawings, Material Submittals, Technical Submittals and “As Built” drawings and ensure their distribution.
•Generate Register Weekly and Monthly Reports highlighting the status to the Engineering Manager to support adherence to Project schedules.
•Update the electronic document register.
•Update status of overdue & pending reports.
•Generate monthly and weekly reports.
•To maintain and archive hard and softcopies of all technical and non-technical documents, contract, post-contract drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawing in order to comply with Company standards on project documentation.
•Maintain a complete and comprehensive control copy of project documents including drawings and details and all other necessary project documentation.
•Register and store all awarded and un-awarded subcontractor and supplier tender submissions for the project.
•Upon completion of the project and in conjunction with the project and commercial departments properly archive project documents as instructed.
