Developed and implemented Facility Support and Safety department within the company. Reporting to Acting General Manager. The department consists of fourteen Facility Support and Safety officers.
Implemented Facility support and safety procedures and closely working with Security departments in the day to day operation.
Implemented CAFM and VMS software’s within the company.
Implemented EAP for the Residential Villages and Office tower building.
Managed a wide number of CCTV projects and controller of the CCTV's within the company (More than 250 cameras).
Managed a Fire fighting project.
Responsible for the FF and FADS within the company and closely working with AMC’s.
Knowledge of Civil dienes codes and standards.
Implemented work permit system within the company.
Implemented Traffic safety including the road marking within the residential Villages.

• Ensures smooth coordination and operation of all “Life and Fire Safety” activities.
• Performing FLS Inspections, carry out risk analysis and reporting through FLS Log to the concerned HOD’s on daily basis.
