Developed and implemented Facility Support and Safety department within the company. Reporting to Acting General Manager. The department consists of fourteen Facility Support and Safety officers.
Implemented Facility support and safety procedures and closely working with Security departments in the day to day operation.
Implemented CAFM and VMS software’s within the company.
Implemented EAP for the Residential Villages and Office tower building.
Managed a wide number of CCTV projects and controller of the CCTV's within the company (More than 250 cameras).
Managed a Fire fighting project.
Responsible for the FF and FADS within the company and closely working with AMC’s.
Knowledge of Civil dienes codes and standards.
Implemented work permit system within the company.
Implemented Traffic safety including the road marking within the residential Villages.
Implemented facility recycling program.
Coordinating and monitor activities of contract suppliers.
Controller of the Staff quarters.
Controller of the company fleets.
Manage and review service contracts related to the FF and FADS.
Assure security of the Villages and other business facilities and closely working with military inspections, Police inspections and Civil defence inspections etc.
• Ensures smooth coordination and operation of all “Life and Fire Safety” activities.
• Performing FLS Inspections, carry out risk analysis and reporting through FLS Log to the concerned HOD’s on daily basis.
• Identifying of potential hazardous/unsafe condition throughout the property and taking measures to eliminate in coordination with concerned departments and POMEC.
• Responsible for preparing and reviewing Fire hazard analyses.
• Possess deep knowledge of firefighting equipment and operations and firefighting practices and principles.
• Have the ability to swing into actions and take decisions during emergency situations. (Had experience in two major real fire situations)
• Have great capacity and specially trained in evacuating people who are trapped by flames or other obstacles with minimum or no injuries. .
• Responsible for receiving the emergency calls.
• In charge of report preparations, by collecting and compiling information and relevant papers from several sources.
• Coordinating AMC for the monthly fire safety inspection and review and file.
• Liaises with training manager and conducts training (i.e. Fire Safety and Security orientation, ERT Training, Firefighting training and on job training for departmental staffs)
• Assigned the tasks of conducting test of fire pumps, FM 200, Fire Suppression and Fire Pro systems.
• Promotes safety awareness for all hotel employees and conducts refresher training for staffs up on request.
• Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management.
• Maintains records of all training, Evacuation, Fire drill and assisting HOD to revise the Fire plan in accordance with Qatar Civil defense (QCD) comments (Followed by NFPA 72.).
• Preparing reports of Incidents, Accidents, Fire Alarms, and FLS etc.
• About more 10 times assisted the HOD and POMEC for QCD Inspections.
• Working with HOD to improve the risk management process in the organization.

LOSS PREVENTION
• Responding Fire alarms.(Loss Prevention controlling 8 Fire panels)
• Supervising Loss Prevention personnel.
• To conduct effective interview for suspected persons.
• Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence.
• Access Control (Contractors, Visitors, Deliveries etc.).
• To enforce the company and department policies and procedures.
• Preparing the monthly training calendar for on job training.
CCTV-CENTRALIZED CONTROL ROOM FOR 6 HOTEL AND 3 SEPARATE CONTROL ROOM
• Review, Reports and File.

Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation.
o Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
o Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.
o Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management.
o Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
o Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training
o Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel.
o Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance
o Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.
o Perform other work related tasks as required as assigned

This is a Diploma course accredited by Rheinland Germany covering 55 Subjects related to Fire Safety and Occupational Safety and Health.
