- Manager of Information Systems- Budget the IT structure, SOX compliant process, Disaster Recovery and Fail over solutions Planning, Implementing, and Delivering.
- VMware and Citrix DataCenter admin- Setup Hosted Virtual environment at a Co-Lo center. Manage the Cloud service, setup failover and HA solution.
- Setup IT strategy- Plan and implement a road map for the corporate IT structure, HW/SW.
- Define the annual budget for IT.
- R&D for all HW corporate and client level
- New Solution Evaluation - Responsible for evaluating new solutions and compatible hardware/software.
- Systems and Network Administration- Responsible for setting up and implementing security and backup policies; administering Exchange Server, Windows Servers, and client OS including thin client. Maintaining network infrastructure, security, upgrades and new rollouts. System Administrator for 4 sites, UK, Canada, NC, and FL, 100 users, 20 remote clients. Manage Spam Filter Software and Virus protection software.
- Network Consultant Engineer- Network study, on site surveys and implementation of the LAN/WAN, for our clients.
- Disaster recovery planning- Design a DR solution based on customer requirements for data availability/archiving and business uptime requirement.
- Technical Liaison- Responsible for providing technical assistance for Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, and System Integration groups on new and existing products.
- Technical Trainer - Responsible for defining and incorporating new process for System Integration and Customer Care personnel. This set of documents improves efficiency and quality of service at both hardware and software levels for both groups.
- Hardware Support- Responsible for developing and delivering training programs for Customer Care and System Integration on new hardware platforms.
