Joined in 2008, worked with the center for a span of 3+ years in the Project Management Domain. The center worked directly for the MOHe functioned on the guidelines defined by the ministry. During the tenure, reported to Digital Production Line Manager and supervised a team consisting of Project Coordinators, Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, Offshore Project Leads and Implementation team on multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
•Managed review/evaluation of RFP, RFQ, and Letter of Intent, EULA constituting mainly of educational Projects and partially content development e-learning Projects.
•Responsible for identifying Project goals, preparing contract procurement requests, reviewing and outlining the technical and financial evaluation and administration of the Projects.
•Led one of centre’s biggest projects to build and operate a nationwide “Learning Object Repository”
