1.1. Develop System Tools 1.1.1. Develop the software tools whenever automation iis needed. 1.2. Equipment. 1.2.1. Configure and deploy new and refurbished workstations, laptops, and peripheral equipment. 1.2.2. Install, troubleshoot, repair, update and maintain workstations and laptops. 1.2.3. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot printers/copiers as well as manage toner requests. 1.2.4. Setup and support audio/visual equipment for presentations and training on and off site. 1.2.5. Install and configure peripherals including scanners, external drives, monitors, and other peripheral hardware. 1.2.6. Removal/disposal of non-functional equipment Software 1.2.7. Provide software and system troubleshooting and support. 1.2.8. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and update operating systems and user applications. 1.2.9. Proactively schedule software upgrades and patching. 1.2.10. Assure that all software on ADRA equipment is licensed and keep record of licenses. 1.2.11. Record and track all equipment and submit monthly report their statutes. 1.3. Network. 1.3.1. Monitor network to ensure network functionality and availability to all system users. 1.3.2. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cables, wireless and other network infrastructure. 1.3.3. Support existing/new server/s and administer access rights for all users in the office. 1.3.4. Ensure the network security measures are in place.

1.4. Security 1.4.1. Maintain local and server based anti-virus software. 1.4.2. Inform and train users and management in how to adhere to ADRA local security ICT policies. 1.4.3. In case of virus infection clean out affected equipment. 1.4.4. Overseeing the proper storage of all company data and archiving of records and back-ups
1.5.1. Develop the ICT staff to meet the changing needs of users, offices, new projects and technologies, and varying staff strengths. 1.5.2. Ensure the computers are set up prior to new hire start date and any related moves. 1.5.3. Handle the relocation of computer equipment as a result of office or personnel changes. 1.5.4. Request and setup new user accounts and email accounts 1.5.5. Troubleshoot, repair user accounts and email accounts, assist in resetting passwords.

1.6. Systems planning. 1.6.1. Participation in research and recommendation of improved infrastructure processes and technologies to include growth planning. 1.6.2. Provide procurement assistance including, but not limited to, researching solutions, engaging with potential vendors, making recommendations for product purchases and evaluating bids. 1.6.3. Test new equipment and applications and provide thorough feedback.

• Developing a system for importing beneficiary info from excel and print it on vouchers, this minimized time spent to manually write beneficiary info on vouchers and also reduced cost of printing vouchers.
