- Prepares time based and cycle based preventive maintenance schedule of all plant equipment.
- Prepare work orders and instructions, and coordinates with supervisors for their speedy completion. Monitor equipment breakdown and PM activities
- Assists in the installation / relocation of machines and equipment.
- Prepares diagrams and drawings needed for the fabrication / machining of spare parts.
- Prepare layouts and scope of works needed in any projects, machine relocation, and facilities renovations.
- Prepare bill of material, cost estimates and tentative competition date of projects.
- Check and confirm spare parts requests.
- Responsible for design and implementation of LV electrical and control panels.
- Prepare descriptions & technical specifications for quotations of new panels.

- Responsible for execution of preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Provide engineering support for the workshop overhaul activities to ensure that broken machines have repaired correctly and returned to service safely and reliably.
- Examine a preventive maintenance schedule for pharmaceutical equipment and machine.
- Supervise reparation/relocation works for pharmaceutical machine.
- Maintain maintenance records.
