Procurement Responsibilities and Duties:

- Supervise the work of multiple units including Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics & ERP.

- Prepare Contracts and Sub-Contract Agreements for equipment rental, manpower and services.
- Compile and maintain all purchasing records.
- Participate in customizing, implementing and using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Software for all

- Train the staff regarding best practices and relevant policies and procedures.

Facilities Responsibilities and Duties:

- Set the best methods, procedures, regulations and practices to ensure efficient and smooth operations
of the facilities teams.
- Prepare annual provisional budgets, quarterly financial budgets and account statements.
- Monitor budget expenditures.
- Plan and arrange schedules for corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor and control supplies and equipment; order supplies and tools as necessary; prepare
documents for equipment procurement; prepare specifications and contracts for contract services.

- Track the progress of the work orders, follow up on the complaints and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor, control and order materials, tools and equipment.
- Prepare and administrate the facility maintenance budget and monitor budget expenditures.

- Plan, define work activities, prepare work schedules, assign and allocate resources and develop an acceptable budget.
- Supervise the execution of the projects whether executed by our staff or by outsourced contractors.
- Monitor and ensure that all works are performed strictly in accordance with the drawings,
specifications and contract conditions.
- Revise and update the schedules according to project progress.
- Manage the contracts of the services and materials providers.
