Visiting various business and industrial premises to inspect processes and procedures and ensure good health and safety practice.
•Ensure workers are provided with suitable required protective equipment, such as eye goggles, ear protectors or appropriate types of gloves, clothing and safety harness
•Writing reports on results of inspections and investigations and completing detailed paperwork (SHE documents)
•Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately (unsafe act, unsafe condition and near miss)
•Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed
•Conducted Toolbox talk at site and attend the client Meeting
Maintains safety log book
•Conduct incident reporting and investigation
Provide input toward toolbox talk, JSA’s and risk assessments.
Conduct safety toolbox meeting and safety talks
•Daily HSE inspection of work areas.
•Provide input toward toolbox talk, JSA’s.
Conduct safety toolbox meeting and safety talks
•Monitor permit to work procedure
