BeeORDER is the first and largest food ordering platform in Syria, founded in 2016, with more than 90+ employees, and operating in 4 cities.

Worked with the executive team and team leaders to provide human resources support and consultation on the most complex issues,
recruitment, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee relations, and people development. Which helped in
improving the employee turnover rate to 7%.

Modernize and digitalize outdated, bureaucratic payroll and attendance processes. Implementing a new software to record and track
employees' attendance, leave, and overtime requests, which is reflected on their salaries. That change helped us process salary
payments within 24 hours.

Assisted in introducing management by objective initiative (OKR) by setting department-level objectives, monitoring the progress,
and evaluating the performance periodically. Which helped the company in achieving 90% of its Q3 goals.

Improved the hiring process by conducting interviews to determine if the candidate fits both the position and the company’s culture.
By conducting telephone prescreening interviews and selecting between one-on-one or panel/group interviews. Managed to get the
average time to fill a position to 40 days.

Lead several departments restructuring to increase employees’ efficiency in meeting set objectives and to cope with the company’s
rapid growth. The restructuring involved the following: Changing the department organizational structure. Improving and

Designed drivers incentive module using Power BI, replacing the manual spreadsheet-based system. Which helped in saving time, reducing errors, and saving money. Eventually, this module was used as the foundation for the Tech team to develop a customized incentive module.

Developed customized reports and dashboards for several departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Management) that focused on showing key metrics to help in monitoring performance and improving the operations. These reports played an important role in growing monthly orders 4 times, and monthly NMV 12.5 times over a period of 17 months.

Translated figures and facts to assist department managers in making strategic business decisions, by presenting data analysis findings via periodic meetings and providing customized dashboards showing operations summaries and trends.

Executed monthly Board of Director presentation in cooperation with the CEO, summarizing key monthly operations indicators (active user, outlet, driver growth, and retention, fulfilled orders growth, order duration, and marginal profit per order)

Prepared series A and B funding rounds along with the CEO and the Financial Advisor. The main tasks were updating the financial simulation engine for a 5-year budget, calculating CAC to LTV ratio, calculating the user’s monthly and weekly cohort analysis, preparing valuation methodology (GMV and revenue annualized multiplier, ) and developing a presentation structure.

Delegated all tasks and duties to the BI team and provided needed mentorship on critical tasks or complex projects, while focusing on my new role as People Operation Manager.
