Activities:-
1. Supervision and follow up on all the civil & construction works from start to end such as Excavation, backfilling, PCC, RCC, Piles, and all the related Buildings, road works with protection, Utilities.........etc.
2. Full responsibility for inspection and RFI.
3. Q.C for the construction works.
4. Issuing the Reports (Daily, Weekly)
5. Propose technical solutions.
6. Solving the issues and creating the solutions.
Several multistory commercial buildings (6-9 Floors) and private villas in Muscat region (Bawsher-Alkhodh-Mabelah)
Activities:
1.In charge of taking measurements and laying out the plan for buildings foundations according the setting out of the co-ordinates.
2. Coordinate the manpower, materials and maintaining time deadlines and budget.
3.In charge all aspects in the projects and support the team work to improve the quality and the consultant satisfaction.
4. Follow up all the stages of work according the design and the specifications since of the beginning
of excavation works, PCC& RCC Foundations, plinth beams, Columns Rein., slabs, Shuttering with the exact Measurements and all the other related structural works such as the concrete pouring with a proper curing.
5. The internal works (Block works, MEP, Plastering, Tiles, Fixing the windows and doors with a high quality finishing.
6. External works of the Buildings depending on the design details & Architect modeling, Interlock parking Areas with curbstone, sewage network and manholes connecting with the main pipe lead to the septic tank.
7.Resolve work related problems and propose the suggestions to the consultant or the client to reduce the time and cost.
8.prepare monthly accomplishment report and submitted to the consultant with maximum matching to the project schedule.

Activities :-
Following all structural works and supervise the activities & utilities in this project including:-
1. Supervision and suggested the proposals to the design team for editing or modify the design for better services and reducing the cost.
2. Responsible to follow up:
A. more than 250 box culverts with different sizes and multi cells.
B. Two Wadi Bridges from the (Piles, Pile cap, Piers, Abutments, fix the bearings, laying I girders 30M length, posttension, crash barriers, epoxy paint, protection up to laying the asphalt layers.
C. 7 Interchanges (integrated bridge) with void former design and MSE walls.
D. One pedestrian overpasses by ramps design.
E. Vehicular underpass in Nakhal
F. 5 pedestrian underpasses
G. All the concrete works in casting yard such as the street light foundations, manholes with varies of heights, top slab trapezoidal culverts, precast slabs for protection the utilities like Cables and water pipelines.
H. flood protection by Rip-rap, Gabion boxes and concrete. Storm-water, Drainage channels, Falaj protection.
3. Review all the submitted shop drawings and BBS from the contractor according to the OHDS &design for for (Box culverts, retaining walls, concrete crash barriers, utilities, champers for inlet or outlet depending on the road profile and wadi directions).
4. Water Distribution network for the houses near the project, relocation the water pipelines according the design with official approval from the client or in case there is an intersection between them and any other utilities. Such as Constructing of underground corridors for 11kV power cables, Telecommunication cables and through UPVC pipes.

Position: Resident Engineer
Location: Baghdad, Iraq
Activities:-
1. Supervision of multistory building construction works including foundations, columns, pre-stress
concrete for beams & slabs .
2. Checking, reviewing and commenting on all shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
3. Quality control for all the construction stages in this project.
4. Responsible for the payments and invoices as per the schedule and progress of work.
5. Main DI pipeline laying 20 inches (DN500) to supply water net to the complex divided into two pipes 10 inches (DN250) connected with stainless steel water tanks (2nos. capacity each one 20m3), network to supply main buildings by high pressure pumps boosters & pressure testing and inspection in excavated trenches Fire extinguisher network in complex .
6. Gutters network & Storm water drainage in squares complex & parking areas.
7. Installation by mobile crane precast concrete skeptic-tank (3.5x5x2)M for the sewerage network complex
8. Responsible for all the activities which its related to the project.
9. Providing technical advices, answering RFI, TQ, and Review & commenting IFC & shop drawings,
Negotiating Quotations, Budget Estimation .
ACTIVITIES:-
1. Managing and Supplying all site enquires, spare parts, site equipment's and all the heavy machines at the sites.
2. Supervise and manage all the earth works blasting works, pipe lines excavations or by drilling machines (ATLAS COPCO & FURUKAWA) and blasting at the site according the nature of soil and depth, prepare all raw materials with all safety equipment for blasting staff.
3. Managing all the office inquiries including blasting, accidents and daily report for the site and office with all other site inquires.
4. Manage all logistic matter belong to the site and the supplier and make sure every thing is ready by time.
5. Prepare and follow up all ministries inquires and get all necessary permit ready for our blasting work.

1. Worked as a structural inspector and supervisor for the Bridge project to the end of the project with all daily project activities .
2. Managing all bore holes and soil test.
