Project Manager:My role was Managing of 18 members’ team of multiple disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical and infrastructure) to perform all required supervision and project management consultancy roles.
To manage and supervise construction works to execute of several petrol service stations and vehicles inspection centres in different areas in United Arab Emirates belong to ABU Dhabi National Oil Copmany (ADNOC) through ( PMC) Consultant Management Services.

Project Manager: The work is a fast track project with a build up area around 38000 m2 / four main buildings along with all infrastructure works .Further to the normal duties of consultant project manager, also my key role to manage and impose a very close monitoring of work progress and advise timely the client of any measures to put the progress of works in track.
Construction Manager: responsible for the day to day management of all construction activities( build up area 32000m2 with all related infrastructure works) including co-ordinating with Client, Consultant, Contractors and Local Authorities. Duties also included managing and communicate all Client instructions to the project team, Chair all project progress meetings, prepare, implement and monitor all Project Documents including Project Execution Plan, EHS Plan and a Quality Assurance Plan, Monitor and implement BLL EHS procedures and policies including implementing ‘Incident and Injury Free’ (IIF) culture
Resident Consultant Engineer: directly responsible for ensuring the project was completed within contract duration & budget and as per Specification requirements. Also responsible for assessing and reporting on all contractual matters, issue tender invitation and finalise provisional sum/prime cost rates items, formulate quality
Procedures to monitor progress, quality control, testing of materials, correspondence with all parties, contract close-out, and conduct progress meetings, issue delay reports, payment certificates and review/make recommendations on contractor's claims.
