• Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and procedures that meets clients' standards.
• Perform detailed design engineering, analysis and calculations.

• Manage construction and development cost budgets, including detailed analysis, revisions and sensitivities. Make recommendations regarding cost analysis.
• Examines and reviews contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans.
• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating operational risks in correlation with key business drivers.
• Acting as a mediator between team members and with external stakeholders when conflicts arise.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Proven performance in leading high performing teams and achieving results through others by coaching, mentoring and target setting.
• Developing and implementing end-user test strategies and documenting feedback.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
• Participate in tracking, reporting, and evaluating vendor performance and updating and maintaining the vendor management program and procedure.
• Communicate progress reports to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
