• Coordinating with the Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager and all other department,
• Taking over the responsibility of the Restaurant Manager on his absence,
• Overseeing the dining operation such as informing the staff regarding the out of stock item and item to push and special for the day, as well as the Mise -en-place preparation, cleaning and setting-up to be ready for the operations,
• Ensuring proper scheduling of the dining staff in accordance to the expected workload,

• Participating in the dining operation to reach the goals and objectives,
• Monitoring the dining equipment's and supplies,
• Supervising the dining staff and checking their daily performance and make sure that they're doing their duties and responsibilities, following the standard operating procedures,

• Maintaining sanitation and proper hygiene of the staff and the workplace,
• Carrying out the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Operation manager.
