Working on Active Directory, DHCP, Exchange server 2010, Symantec Endpoint Protection Server, Symantec Brightmail Gateway, GFI Web monitor server, ISA server, and Avigilon CCTV system.
Make sure that the backup jobs success for ERP systems and other servers on daily, monthly and yearly manner.
Monitor the main and branches links availability, servers and switches health.
Implement internal and external networks.
Create scheduled tasks to increase the performance and Quality of Services.
Make sure that all documentations are updated with computers information and software installed.
Take alternative solutions if problems happened in networks.
Follow up with the ISP to resolve the service failure.
Make sure that IP subnetting arranged and organized.
Format and install required Operating Systems on computers in the Group.
Support the users and solve their problems and respond to their requests.
Update any computer software which improve the performance.
Make sure that the windows security policy applied well on the Group computers based on approved policy.
Make sure that the antivirus and security servers are up to date and doing well.
Implement new projects and developments related to the network, computers and other devices.
Report the intractable problems to the leader to take the appropriate solution.
Responsible of repair and continuity of work in computers, printers, scanners, colorant machines and others, hardware and software maintenance.

Install windows OS and programs.
Detect the problem and fix it.
