Missions and Duties:
1-Managing the staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
2-Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, other performance data to measure productivity, goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
3-Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes
4-Manage the movement of goods into and out of production.
5-Perform sales floor work such as greeting and assisting customers, stocking and taking inventory.
6-Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising a-campaigns and sales promotions ( studies has been presented to the current company ).
b-Jewelry Online and Product Display, ( study has been presented to the current company ).
c-New production in Existing Market ( study has been presented to the current company ).
d-Watch manufacturing plan ( study has been presented to the current company ).
7-Analysis the market, consumer, and competitive information on regular basis to support the new product pricing and managing the prices on existing Market.
8-Driving the sales and profitability of the store to achieve growth.
9-Monitoring and review staff and store performance on a regular basis.
10-Maximising sales through effective merchandising.
11-Procurement officer and placing order from Factory.
12-Receipt of all orders that coming to Kuwait from Neuchatel at the Free Zone in Geneva. ( coordinating with Ferrari shipping company in Geneva airport )
13-Delivering the goods to Kuwait after the completion of all customs clearance procedures.
14-Traveling, meeting and closing the deals with clients out of Kuwait ( GCC countries, London ).
15-Coordinating activities that concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or Distribution of products.
16-Organizing events, inviting the clients in order to increase sales.
17-Daily, weekly and Monthly sales reports.
18-Monitoring work shop and repairing.
19-Maintaining accurate statistical and financial records.
20-Participated in many local Jewelry Exhibition's in Kuwait. ( 1997-1998- 2004 - 2005 )
