Supporting Human Recourse in all legal aspects and providing the legal advice to company's departments.
Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Provide legal advise to Director Human Resources and his team on issues pertaining to
Labor Law.
• Review and change employment contracts to ensure compliance with Labor Law and
Company policy.
• A member of disciplinary actions committee.
• Review legal agreements and business contracts to ensure compliance with terms and
conditions.
• Performs full range contracts administration, monitoring customer, supplier and company
contractual compliance through contract closeout.
• Takes action to remind requirements activity of expiring agreements, leases or contracts
with appropriate lead time. Follows up with appropriate action.
• subcontractor submissions.
• Negotiates and modifies existing contracts, leases, and other business agreements or
documents based on company needs and objectives as required.
My job responsibility is to end conflict between parties (employee / employer) by reaching an agreement that is based on legal procedures. In addition, I give advises and information to customers about labor law.
I was responsible for preparing standard contracts as well as maintenance and Insurance contracts. I was also responsible for verification and follow up of contracts in addition for preparing policies and procedures as required by the procurement section to ensure compliance with Government Procurement system.
My job responsibility was to coordinate the different activities of housing with the sub-contractors.
