Ensure the service availability of the network to achieve the NCB IT organization goal. Design, foresee the installation and perform analysis and support for network.
The following are key roles:
- Configure, test and maintain Network Equipment
- Handle infrastructure projects which relate to network
- Participate in planning and implementing IT projects that involve network
- Provide service level 3 support for all network issues
- Build/Modify all processes related to network engineering
participation
- Document all network activities, diagrams, backup, configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Follow ITIL processes
- Perform training and knowledge transfer
- Conduct proactive role with users and customers in resolving system issues
IT Risk officer
Providing support to the IT department users in Saudia. Managing and monitoring services up and running properly domestically and internationally (Saudia worldwide offices which involve working 16 hours) by handling servers and services problems.
Technical Services Section of the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology is of two parts. Laboratories and Trchnical Support. As Technical Support Manager I am resposible for:
1) Managing a group of technicians to support Faculty of Computing and Information Technology.
2) Solving hardware, software, and network problems.
