Oversee the entire Operations, including Airports and Local City Locations. In addition responsible for company big bidding projects with government and large clients. Managing a Fleet of over 8000 Vehicles and over 300 employees over several areas and large distances covering entire KSA and Kuwait. Responsible for planning, budgeting, operation, customer service and overall achieving the financial and operation goals.

Experience in developing complex pricing strategies, cost accounting, risk assessment and financial analysis.
Responsible for the overall P&L and development of business as head of these unit.

Oversee all facets of operations for this Airport location. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, human resources, facilities management, operations, and customer relations. Managing a budget of over $35 Million annually and serving in excess of 148 thousand customers annually with strategic planning for a peak fleet of over 2, 500 vehicles. Responsible of all aspects of human resources performance in a representative work group including recruitment, selection, training, development, conflict resolution, wage/salary analysis and termination. Directly and indirectly supervises staff of over 95 full and part time employees, ranging from operations management to part time hourly with a compensation budget of over $3 million a year
