Gosan Company is a general contracting company works with Aramco and other local customers. I worked in the public relationship department of Gosan as site government relationship manager. While at Gosan I had the opportunity to develop and apply my experience in government relationships. My responsibilities include: • Responsible of maintaining Saudization level of the company & prepare monthly report of current level of Saudization to the Human Resources Manager. • Meeting with major customers and discussing adherence of Gosan with their requirements in relation to workers situations and report such discussion to the management. • Arrange and manage of gate pass of all new comers as well as departures. • Coordinate schedules in order to arrange timing of each worker on site as well as vacation schedules.
Alia International Hospital is a multidisciplinary hospital with capacity of 70 beds located in State of Kuwait.
While at Alia International Hospital I had the opportunity to develop the following skills:
• Coordinate the staff shifts in the division which divided into 7 floors.
• Supervise staff at site of each floor.
• Train new staff of using the ERP system.
• Coordinate and arrange for getting approval of various insurance companies.
• Receipt of customers complaints and resolve them.
• Grant and approve discounts to patients.
• Supervise and coordinate surgical operations appointments with patients.
• Arrange for in-patient admission.
• Approve in-patient discharge.
Al Khorafi is a leading infrastructure project developer in water and enhanced oil recovery as well as a service provider to the petroleum, power, water and commercial sectors.
Main responsibilities were to:
• Supervise level of gas available in the station.
• Arrange and coordinate to fill up the main tank of the station.
• Report on daily basis on sales of gas by reading gauge and comparing it with cash collected from workers.
• Responsible of main safe in the station.
• Coordinate of staff shifts.
• Resolve customer complaints and report through ERP to the management.
• Coordinate with Police of any security problem as well as report to management.
• Report on pumper machines performance and arrange for repair.
Global Industrial Support Co. is an importer of chemical and petrochemical products located in Dammam.
I worked in the General Manager office as office assistant.
While at GIS I got the opportunity to develop the following skills:
• Collect faxes and distribute it to relevant department.
• Arrange for GM meetings.
• Typing various letters.
• Filing documents.
