• Had participated in preparing the Urban Plan for Bawabat Makkah Project located over a 110 square kilometer of land development, defining the main parameter for future master plans to be considered with this major development.
• Participating in the Infrastructure design review, liaising with local authorities to present the current requirements and grant design approvals.
• Participating in tender’s evaluation and preparing construction packages.
• Preparing progress reports and establish reporting system for various projects.
• Managing BMC projects to ensure successful projects completion by utilizing best practices in project management.
• Identify, manage, and eliminate problems so that projects succeed, delivering high quality results on time and within budget.
• Monitor overall progress of each Developer, forecast trends & anticipate potential problems & difficulties meeting milestones coordinate with Management.
• Conduct meetings with Developers to effectively communicate & clarify project requirements. Follow up to ensure a clear understanding.
• Construction activities planning and control of real estate project description and value.
• Site works follow up and monitoring to ensure all quality, safety and health measures are properly implemented.
• Establish a detailed budget for the project and applying cost control measures.
• Material procurement schedules, technical alternatives and negotiations.
• Resource and manpower planning and allocation to ensure compliance with local codes and achieve short term delivery targets.
• Technical and design coordination, variations management and permitting acquisition process.
• Participating in market benchmarking and feasibility studies to ensure meting the cost and scope targets of the real estate project.
Projects Manager - Role and Responsibilities:
•Project Management; Manage, direct and co-ordinate all projects/sites activity throughout all phases (design, tendering, implementation, handover).
•Contract Management; Review contract/tendering documentation, to ensure a thorough understanding of the contract requirements.
•Project Planning; Co-ordinate the development and establishment of the project planning package together with the mechanisms for monitoring subsequent progress against that plan.
•Project Supervision; Provides adequate resources and expertise on site to ensure the effective supervision, monitoring and control of the work being undertaken to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards.
Master Plan Coordinator - Role and Responsibilities:
•Ensuring policy, planning and procedural guidance has been interpreted and applied in the master plan and process.
Coordinate and gather material, information and related data necessary to support designing team.
•Providing administrative, management and technical guidance and support on statistical data, population studies, housing studies, facility plans and management data, impact statements and impact of report inaccuracies.
•Research, data survey, data analysis and prepare reports.
• Management and coordination of urban planning studies.
• Preparation of progress reports and technical presentations.
• Relationship management with Physical Models maker and Illustration boards specialists.
• Supporting the preparation of urban economic and feasibility studies.
• Coordination with other specialty consultant (Infrastructure, Traffic, market research and cost consultants).
• Build and manage Geographical Information System database (GIS) in coordination with ESRI.
• Build and manage Document Management System (DMS) in coordination with HummigBird.
• Manage landowners expropriation database.
