Product Manager for Mobility & Digital Imaging
Region (Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, Plaestine & Syria).
Managing the product in order to maintain the product positioning in the market and manage the product profit for the company with targeted Share & ASP.
Manage the product in the market and to achieve the sales target with sales team and to manage the relationship with HQ Area Manager and to provide the sales team & disty’s with all needed information about the product.
-Product management, SKU’s map planning and company profit
-Strategic planning, channels strategy, marketing knowledge for the Mobile & Digital Imaging products and price / product positioning.
-Product / market development & analyses for B2B - B2C segments.
-Monitoring the channels, disty’s PSI, and competitions.
-Making sure Aging stock level is lowest at all times
-Analyze the distributors stock level and make sure their next coming order can be picked without hassle. This is required to ensure the forecast accuracy.
-Ensure departmental KPI is improved a high satisfactory level by coordinating between other sales team members
-Updating DP on every Thursday after collecting the confirmed orders from Sales Coordinators.
-Competitive analysis and controlling the selling price to disty as well as retail price control.
-Preparation for the launch of new products by planning old models clearance plan at channel level.
-Product Training for Distributors' PIC, Field force & Master Trainers.
Handled the business for the FUJFILM DIGITAL CAMERAS along with other brands in the company.
Handled 5 successful campaigns, promotion.
In charge of international ordering from Japan, Dubai & China.
