Working within the Properties department, reporting to VP of Properties and project.
- My portfolio contain several extension school projects such as GEMS Millennium school - Sharjah, GEMS Westminster school - Sharjah and Wesgreen school - Sharjah, these projects are managed from a client perspective, and I also managing 4 roads projects around 3 of our schools in Dubai.
- On the operational side, I manage the all requests from our existing school regarding any issues that need to be rectified or any modifications and lead the projects until handing over back to school.

Working with Marketing and Communications team to plan and lead Program for Roll out of the new company Brand identity.
The program consists of multiple timed and synchronized projects and sub-programs like follows:
- Assets development: where all new assets are created like logos, promotional items design and corporate presentations (video and PowerPoint template)
- Process and guidelines: creating the brand guidelines to explain the new identity and create school tool kit to help school taking the initiative and start the transition.
- Digital: creating the company new website and school new website templet to use later for each school transition, also developing the company internal database and create an online digital assets library.
- HR and comms : launching a campaign to update job descriptions, performance criteria and induction program to match the new tone of voice, also launching couple of events like teachers awareness day.
