1.Contact inquiries and submissions that have shown interest in the company’s portfolio. Provide
them with proper details and information. Optimize the sales and follow up efforts to convert
those into registrations.
2. Create and update databases. Research and prospect to indentify and qualify leads. Target
potential candidates, capture attention, stimulate interest and desire.
3. Conduct face to face interviews with submissions, leads and inquiries. Provide them with the
information, support and clarification they need. Assess their eligibility; offer them programs that
will give them the highest value given their current professional status, eligibility and career plans.
4. Communicate eligibility requirements and updates to all candidates. Ensure candidates meet the
initial eligibility requirements.
5. Advice the most relevant state board CPA exam applicants should apply to.
6. Understand and communicate Morgan’s pricing and discount strategies to candidates. Comply
with all commercial policies and procedures and ensure they are properly conveyed to candidates.
7. Manage the sales pipeline to ensure that present and future sales goals and objectives will be
achieved.
8. Register candidates, issue invoices, credit notes and receipt and follow up on collections.
11. Attend conferences, events and job fairs within the territory to promote Morgan International and
to develop leads.
12. Deliver all requested sales reports, forecasts, outstanding amounts reports and other information
in a timely and accurate manner.
13. Maintain and nurture relationships with current corporate accounts. Follow up with the accounts
and ensure recurrent registrations to the public classes
14. Liaise with the corporate team, redirect new corporate inquiries. Initiate interest with new
accounts under the public team ownership and coordinate with the corporate team to follow up
on the leads.
15. Plan and Conduct info sessions at the company’s premises and at universities, schools and other
educational institutions.
16. Follow up on collections with candidates based on the company’s installment plan policies. Ensure
sales are not inflated and proper and timely collection is being done according to deadlines.
Completed quarterly forecasting and monthly financial reviews to make strategic decisions regarding future
targets.
