• Spearheading a team of 20 Electrical and CAD Engineers as well as responsible for overall coordination and completion of electrical works in compliance with company standards.
• Reviewing designer drawings, shop drawings and material submittals for approval as well as coordinating with mechanical section/main contractor for accomplishing projects within given time frame.
• Following up with site construction team, resolving design issues and efficiently organizing site facilities to meet agreed deadlines thus ensuring procedural adherence.

• Oversaw installation, testing and commissioning of:

• Directed and coordinated project processes, evaluations/plans to ascertain completion of the M&E projects within the scheduled deadline and as per client specifications.
• Administered M&E projects in its entirety right from inception to completion including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, set performance/resource requirements and enabled completion of projects as per company standards.
• Planned project schedules and milestones, monitored progress against established schedules, checked for variations and proposed suitable modifications to maneuver project within time/cost overruns.
• Worked closely with main and sub contractors to meet project requirements and ensure timely execution of the project according to plans.
• Drafted variation orders as well as responsible for payment billing, method statements and evaluation of the commercial closeout of the contract to be made in line with project plan.

• Conceptualized the project, reviewing designs and conducted value engineering exercise as well as effectively handled MEP works with a budget of 72 Million Dhs.
• Analyzed project inception plan and created a schematic layout in view of key quantifiable parameters encompassing - estimation of takeoff costs, scopes of work, project profitability and scheduling.
• Applied high end engineering concepts like critical path management, material and human resource management to plan and efficiently organize the site facilities to meet deadlines.
• Designed drawings, MIRs and RFWs as well as maintained a clear channel of communication with main and sub contractors enabling smooth execution of projects.
• Ensured procedural adherence. Resolved any unexpected technical difficulties, identified bottlenecks and effected systems reengineering.
• Submitted all related correspondences, variation orders as well as main and subcontractors payments to the upper management.
• Provided guidance and technical expertise to lower level technicians throughout all modifications in electrical and electronic equipments and coordinated maintenance efforts.
