Position Held: Quality Management Systems Controller
Assure the development and implementation of structured Quality systems across the division as per ISO 9001:2000 standard requirements and provide training to all staff on Quality management issues.
Plan, lead, conduct and participate in internal/external audits to verify implementation/ compliance with Adnoc’s project Quality Management systems.
Plan and participated in Pre-qualification of Contractors / Vendors. Develop, review and evaluate the Quality Assurance criterion of tender documents submitted by EPC / TPI and other Contractors.
Leading a small team of Document Controller(s) for Handling of computerized IBM Document Management system (DMS) for document control and storage.
1- Providing Consulting services for Quality, QHSE, HACCP, HR Management and other standards to all commerical organizations.
2- Providing consultancy servcies for Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award, Dubai Quality Award, Gulf Excellence Award etc.
3- Trainer for all Quality, QHSE and managment related topics.
1) Providing consultancy on Quality management standards like ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, SA 8000, HACCP, HR management and training to different industrial and service oriented organizations.
2) Providing consultancy on training needs assessment and conduct trainings for industrial and service oriented organizations.
3) Responsible for preparing marketing plans of the company and executing them through marketing team.
4) Responsible for in house traning of new employees on quality standards documentation and implementation aspects.
5) Conduct training sessions, workshop on Human resource, Quality, HSE and management topics.
Responsible for the following major jobs.
1) Maintenance of suppliers/contractors accounts.
2) Supervision of computerized accounting data software.
3) Dealing with banks and DFI's on OD and other issues.
4) Handling of project costing and management of different project site accounts.
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 50001 Energy management system
Successfully completed EFQM Assessor course to become an Assessor for EFQM, DQA and SKEA and other Excellence models.
IRCA Certifed Lead Auditor for ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System
SAI Approved cetified Lead Audtior for SA 8000 social accountability system
Completed extensive 40 hours training on IRCA approved Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 course from Moody International Certification.
Attended a conference on Health,Safety and Environment on national level organized by UK based certification agency URS.
Training on different aspects of Environmental management system ISO 14000.
An introductory course on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points - HACCP based on food safety and hygine.
Training on various aspects of quality management system ISO 9001:2000 from UK based certification company united registrar of systems.
Done MBA - With majors in finance.
